Chapman's Reach

Chapman's Reach is one of Thorndike's signature Smart Growth communities and one of the most recognized design achievements in the company's history. Chapman's Reach is the recipient of numerous national and regional awards for design excellence, including recognition from the National Association of Home Builders. Reminiscent of a bygone era, Chapman's Reach offers attached and single-family homes built along a series of pedestrian-friendly streets and parks. Cars are relegated to garages accessed from rear alleys. Residents regularly sit on their front porches as their neighbors walk by on these pedestrian-oriented streets. Chapman's Reach is part of the larger Marina Bay community which features one of the largest marinas in New England and offers a wide array of restaurants and shops.
