WestRidge

Located in Hudson, Massachusetts, WestRidge will be modeled after our Red Mill Village community and built on the elements of Traditional Neighborhood Design. Thorndike intends WestRidge to be a diverse active adult community of 151 attached and detached homes of varying size and price. The centerpieces will be the Central Green, the Meeting House and Community Center, and a 30-acre active and passive recreation facility. With 10 acres of conservation land and 20 acres of active park, the entire recreation facility will have walking trails that connect to a series of pedestrian- friendly streets and open spaces within WestRidge.

In addition, on adjacent town-owned land, we will be constructing a park, upgrading an existing ball field and adding a tot lot. We will also be extending the walking trails from the conservation area through this property. The park will not only provide our homeowners with the perfect place to bring their visiting grandchildren, but will also be a welcome addition to the surrounding community.
