The professional staff of our active adult community takes care of day-to-day maintenance, so you have more time to do what you enjoy most!

Your condominium fee covers:

• Insurance for all buildings and all common areas



• Landscape maintenance, including grass mowing



• Painting and other maintenance of the exterior portions of buildings, including decks, patios, porches, garage doors, and roofs



• Maintenance of the Meeting House, Victory Gardens and Swim Pool & Cabin



• Maintenance of all common streets, driveways, walkways, front entrances and parking areas



• Electricity, heat and water to all common areas (utilities are separately metered for each home)



• Trash removal and recycling from central trash center located at the Red Mill Crossing building



• Snow removal for all common areas, including streets, driveways, common walkways, front entrances and other parking areas



• Management company fees and other overhead
