The Ipswich II offers all of the same elements as the Ipswich in a slightly more compact version of our flagship Ipswich home. So, if you love the layout of the Ipswich, but don't think you need quite that much space, the Ipswich II is for you. You can still enjoy sunsets on your covered front porch, relax in your separate first floor den, and experience the open floor plan of the kitchen, family room and breakfast room that has made the Ipswich our best selling home.

If you are looking for it all, this is the home for you. This is arguably the most popular home Thorndike has ever built.
