To date, 35 of our residents came to Red Mill Village through a broker.  According to Sales Manager Olimpia Carmone,  “Our slogan is ‘we love to co-broke’, but what we really are saying is the most important thing for us is to introduce this wonderful project to as many people as we can.  By inviting in brokers, we make sure that will happen.”

And, although we do not like to brag, we recently received a very kind letter from Denise Higgins of Goodwin Realty Group:

You have an exceptional crew — but then I’m sure you already know that!  I have been amazed to be working with true professionals, as it is so rare in our field that everyone steps up to perform the best they are able.  Gabe, Nikkie and Olimpia stand out in a class of their own!

What I pointedly want to impress is that your company “gets it”.   The experience tells me that you understand and acknowledge that we work together as a team.  When I had a conflict of time, Olimpia quickly filled in, Nikkie was cheerful when I popped in for something, there was little disconnect in that everyone was apprised, Gabe assured my customer that he would take care of everything and so forth.  I could go on to give you countless examples of the cooperation I experienced at Red Mill but suffice to say this…. I will unreservedly brag about my experience at Red Mill to my peers and colleagues.  In addition, I hope to be back with yet more customers to fill the seats at your complex.
