Our in-house staff has design, construction supervision, sales and property management capabilities. Because of this staffing, Thorndike Development can incorporate the interest and needs of its customers, partners, bankers and communities into the design and management of each project. The result is responsive construction, tightly controlled supervision, and quality products.
- Lloyd Geisinger Founder and President
Founder and President
Lloyd Geisinger is the founder and President of Thorndike Development Corporation. Mr. Geisinger oversees all aspects of Thorndike’s business operations.
He also serves as President of Thorndike Construction Corporation, which provides general contracting services for Thorndike Development’s projects.
Mr. Geisinger has served on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB) and was named Builder of the Year by BAGB in May, 2000. Mr. Geisinger holds a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Michigan and graduate degrees in City & Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture from Harvard University.
- David Eastridge Associate Partner
David Eastridge is an Associate Partner of Thorndike Development and has been with the company since 2000. Among his duties, Mr. Eastridge serves as the Senior Project Manager for WestRidge in Hudson, Massachusetts, a 146-home Traditional Neighborhood Design community and Red Mill Village in Norton, Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Thorndike in 2000, Mr. Eastridge worked for nine years as a civil engineer with several prominent engineering firms designing and managing residential, commercial, industrial, and water resources projects. Mr. Eastridge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from Boston University.
- Gabriel Thaisz Associate Partner
Gabe Thaisz is an Associate Partner of Thorndike Development and has been with the company since 2004. Mr. Thaisz’s duties include oversight of the day-to-day operations of Red Mill Village in Norton, Massachusetts, and WestRidge in Hudson, Massachusetts.
Mr. Thaisz is also actively involved in the financial modeling and project cost analyses for both existing and proposed Thorndike communities. Mr. Thaisz holds a Bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from Babson College.
- Ben Geisinger Director of Sales and Marketing
Director of Sales and Marketing
Ben Geisinger is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Thorndike Development. He has been with the company since 2004. Mr. Geisinger is directly involved in all design work at the company; directing marketing strategy and materials, managing the company’s IT infrastructure and web presence, and guiding architectural and landscaping design.
Mr. Geisinger is also responsible for the day-to-day management of landscape design and installation, project cost analyses, and assisting in the permitting of projects. Mr. Geisinger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Study from New York University with focuses in International Development, Computer Science, and Design.

Candice Reynolds, RA, LEED AP
Candice Reynolds is the Senior Architect for Thorndike Development and has been with the company since 2011. Ms. Reynolds is involved in the design, development and production of the contract documents as well as engineering coordination, site visits and construction administration.
Prior to joining Thorndike, Ms. Reynolds worked for more than fifteen years on a wide range of design projects including large scale institutional labs, office buildings, museums and high-end residential homes. Ms. Reynolds holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology as well as being a LEED accredited professional architect. She has been a licensed architect in the state of Massachusetts since 2001.

Assistant Project Manager and Director of Interior Design
Nikkie Gaitan is an Assistant Project Manager and Director of Interior Design with Thorndike Development and has been with the company since 2007. Ms. Gaitan is part of the sales team, working with buyers to create the interior specification of their new home and bring them through the construction process to home ownership. Ms. Gaitan is also responsible for the interior design of our model homes and clubhouses for our for-sale communities. Ms. Gaitan holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
